We are Doctors of Physical Therapy and Certified Strengthening & Conditioning Specialists with years of experience in orthopedics and sports medicine. We want to provide people all over the world with the RIGHT information at the RIGHT time, regardless of their location or access to quality health care.
That is why we have created [P]Rehab Workouts, which are fully comprehensive with education and exercises along with the ability to directly communicate with us at the tip of your fingers. It is like having us as your very own personal physical therapists in your back pocket from anywhere, at any time. The Prehab app is separate from the prehabx membership. Your prehabx login credentials are not compatible with this application. You must be 18 or older to use the app.
